I'm not one to write reviews, but felt compelled to do so based on our wonderful experiences with this shop. Chris and her crew (both employees and kids) are great people who just seem to enjoy not only what they do, but sharing that enthusiasm with others. We purchased a CRF50 for my son last summer and we just picked up a CRF230 right before Christmas, and both times Fox Valley Cycles went above and beyond. From explaining everything about the product, to even following up a few weeks later to see how we like the bike; it's a level of service that sadly has gone by the wayside in today's world. Even her (Chris) kids who work at the shop are polite and just seem to like being there, it's fun to see a 3rd generation show interest and help in the family business - that speaks volumes for Chris as a business owner, manager, and parent. Thanks again Fox Valley Cycles, we will be back this summer hopefully for another bike!
