Three men have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of an Aurora man on the city's West Side in May, Aurora police said. Kevan Spatz, 36, of the 1400 block of N. Menard Ave., Chicago; Joshua Rodriguez, 31, of the 2400 block of W. Lunt Ave., Chicago; and William Rodriguez, 18, of the 2000 block of Scott St., Melrose Park, are all charged with one count of first-degree murder, as well as one count of home invasion and two counts of armed violence, according to a press release from the Aurora Police Department.
