Lee & Associates , one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a $600,000 sale of a 1.75-acre retail lot located at 970 N. Lake St., Aurora, Illinois. The seller, Storage of America, was represented by Lee & Associates Principal Rick Scardino and Executive Vice President Herb Feldman. David Brackney at TA Realty Partners represented the buyer, SFI Properties Aurora LLA. A new car wash will be constructed on this outlot, which will then kick start Storage of America's planned redevelopment of its current vacant department store.
