An Aurora man has agreed to a sentence of 17½ years in prison in exchange for a guilty plea to predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, officials said. Advertisement Huerta knew the victim, who was younger than 13 years old, according to the release. In addition to the prison term, Huerta must register for life as a sexual offender in accordance with the Illinois Sexual Offender Registration Act, officials said.
