(via Illinois Lottery)WEST CHICAGO, IL — A lucky Illinois Lottery player will cash in on $50,000 after buying a Powerball ticket at the Thornton's at 1330 W. Neltnor Blvd. in West Chicago. The winning ticket was one of 11 sold throughout the state in which players matched four numbers and the Powerball number in the Nov. 7 drawing that made history with a jackpot of $2.04 billion. That jackpot-winning ticket was sold in California.
