Advocate Aurora Health's proposed transaction with Atrium Health attained a significant win yesterday afternoon with a unanimous approval from an Illinois regulatory board. RELATED: Atrium Health's mega deal with Advocate Aurora under regulatory scrutiny Securing the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board's approval 'brings us one step closer to coming together with Atrium Health,' said Advocate Aurora spokesman Adam Mesirow.
